Certainly wouldn't hurt! Especially if allergies run in the family. We had to get one for my son right away because he was always snotty. We got the cool mist one as recommended by our doc
I think it depends on the time of year/climate and if kiddo is dealing with illness.
I live in Minnesota with really dry winters and humid-enough summers. We run humidifies in the winter, but not in the summer (unless a bad respiratory illness warrants it).
If you live in FL and run a humidifier...you might grow mold b/c of too much moisture.
I've been sick the last few days and opened mine up that I got for my shower. I've been using it at night. I love it! If not for baby, then for mommy! Lol
I know your post is a little different since asking a different question, but also there was a thread about this if you search it a lot of people put the certain brands or type of humidifiers they got which might be helpful for you too. Just in case you're looking for reviews on some
I live in the desert, so it's a must for us. I already had a Crane teardrop humidifier before baby came along, so we just got another one for him. They are a pain to clean, though.
