Morning Sickness Starting in 2nd Tri?

I'm entering my second trimester this Thursday and have been lucky not to have had any morning sickness up until now.  This morning I threw up for the first time in my pregnancy and it's worrying me because everyone says morning sickness doesn't usually happen during 2nd trimester.  I also had the runs this morning as well (sorry TMI).  Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it's normal.

    I'm 12 weeks one day and feel awful! I haven't thrown up this entire pregnancy, but today I almost did. :(

    This worries me because I'm still sick (11w tomorrow) and everyone kept saying how they usually felt better by now... :( Hope we all get some relief soon!

    I haven't had morning sickness start in the 2nd trimester, but it always goes into the 2nd tri for me. I don't know who came up with the idea that morning sickness ends with the 1st tri. Everyone is different. All three of my pregnancies have been very different. But morning sickness is definitely not just a first trimester symptom for me and for a lot of other women. Sorry that you're feeling sick!

    Well, as it turns out it wasn't "morning sickness"  I had a nasty stomach bug and fever of 101.1.  Doc told me to take Tylenol and a day off work.  Feel much much better now though!

    Glad you're feeling better! It's doubly awful when you're sick...and pregnant!

    I've had morning sickness the whole time but now that I'm a little over 12 weeks I've started puking so I'm hoping I have a bug. But maybe it's just my ms taking it up a notch

    I felt awful the last two days. Threw up last night. I think I might have a stomach bug too :(
