  Yessssss a million times yes. I've been in agony the last 5 days from abdominal aches. Feels like i've been doing crunches all day :-( I plan to ask my doctor tomorrow if this will persist till the baby comes. I'm hoping it's just a growing pain.

  When I get these aches and pains in the upper abdomen I hop in the hottest shower possible and it seems to help...... I'm up to 2 showers a day now......... Ha.

  Omg yes... i was sitting in my car crying in walmart parking lot thanks to these pains... feels like baby is stabbing me from the inside... then it goes away and its as if nothing happened.. and my back is basically useless.. it hurts to walk cuz i feel a shooting pain up my back... is it 40 weeks yet?!?!?!

  I have had a few stomachs and leg cramps, but the worst for me is I have pain in my back from kidney stones. I have had issues with kidney stones since looong before I became pregnant and there really isn't a whole lot that can be done except wait for them to pass!

  I've had the same issue. A warm bath really helps the muscle pain.

  I'm 29 weeks and I actually went to the hospital earlier this week b/c my pains were so bad.  They are actual contractions, but since they are intermittent and further apart than 5 minutes, they sent me home.  I was told that it's normal and my body is just prepping for labor.  It can be exaggerated by several things, mine specifically was dehydration and stress.  I just moved last weekend and I have a pretty stressful job, so along with my constant nausea it was the perfect storm to kick up the contractions.  The nurses told me to just take it easy and to track the contractions.  They said to use the 'breathing exercises' I learned in my baby classes to cope.  Needless to day, it's basically something we just have to deal with:(  I hope you feel better soon!

  Some days I feel like superwoman others I feel like a truck hit me...for the past week I have been feeling horrible. I have to commute into the city everyday and as the days pass it keeps getting harder and harder..I try no to complain because I don't want to seem like a whimp but I am ready to cry and cry and cry.... when am I allowed to complain without feeling like a big baby!!! 31 weeks and I already gained 40 lbs.. yet ppl tell me it's all belly but they are liars I think!!
