Resources for Dad?

hey all!! Do you have any recommendations for books, websites, etc. for my husband to get more information on what's going on? I've been reading him the weekly updates on The Bump but was wondering if you had any suggestions?

Thanks!!

Re: Resources for Dad?

  • I gave my husband dude you are going to be a dad. It's the men's version of what to expect. It was a fun read

  • I agree about books on babies- have him focus on that so when you're in a fog after birth he can help.

Last time I bought my DH a book called "my boys can swim!" It sounds silly but it's a funny, honest approach to what you're going through. And it's a quick read.
  • There are lots of good articles if you search Pinterest
  • There's a great pregnancy app for iPhone called Who's Your Daddy that my husband loves. It gives him daily updates and explains my symptoms and how to be supportive. As a bonus, it even suggested he give me a back rub the other night, score! It also has some useful tools like a contraction timer and hospital bag list!
  • I was given a copy of Dad's Pregnant, Too and it seems to be presented in a great way. Hubs likes it so far!
  • My girlfriends guide to pregnancy has a section for dads! It is the best book !!!!!
