You may want to ask in the 1st tri board. This is a trying to get pregnant board and while some of the ladies on here have had previous pregnancies, not all have. Also, keep in mind that every body and pregnancy is different. You cannot compare your symptoms or experiences to others. It will mean nothing for you.
Really just asking for signs, I suspect I may be pg, but I'm not sure if it's time for me to test, and I wanted to see (for the ladies that have been pg) what kind of symptoms they had.
If your symptoms are pregnancy related, you would be able to test positive. Did you track temps? Do you know when you ovulated? A positive HPT can show around 9DPO.

I've read time and time again that most women don't experience any symptoms of pregnancy until they are at least 5 weeks along. When you are TTC, you become hyper aware of everything that is going on with your body - every little tickle, twinge, cramp....it all becomes magnified. Just 3 days ago I thought my sense of smell was stronger. AF came later that day.
I'm not trying to be a debbie downer here, but what I'm trying to say is that you will very much preserve your sanity if you stop symptom spotting during your TWW. To further preserve your sanity, I suggest charting and temping if you have not already begun doing so.It will give you a better idea of where you are at in your cycle and when a good time to test would be.
I had what I thought was AF on March 14th, but it only lasted until the evening of March 16th, which is extremely short for my usual. I really didn't think anything of it but I've had a lot of cramps, almost feel like really bad gas, sick after eating, getting full faster. It may be phantom symptoms because we are TTC, but I wanted to get input from you all.

Did you bleed enough that you needed a pad or tampon? If so, that was probably your period.
If you're looking for examples ONLY, and are truly not asking in a roundabout way if you're pregnant, I've been fortunate enough to see 2 BFPs. The only "symptom" I ever had was sore breasts, which I frequently got with PMS anyway.
I had no nausea, nothing implantation-related (no spotting, no cramping), no super sense of smell or food aversions.

Unfortunately, bodies can be jerks sometimes and just randomly change things up on you. If you ovulated right after your period (rare, but it does happen), you'd be 15 days DPO right now and could definitely turn a test.
However - I get a lot of the symptoms you've listed around the time I ovulate as well as just before my period starts. It could also just be a stomach bug.
And no, I'm not really sure how to do that. We've just been going by my usual cycle.
Create an account at fertilityfriend.com and watch the tutorials. I was overwhelmed at first but it's not as challenging as it sounds. It will give you a much better idea of your cycle.
If the bleeding before was your period then it's definitely too early to test
Can anyone help? I am 24 yo and have been TTC for 4 months now with my SO. this month has been the strangest. last month i was 2 days late when normally i am pretty regular but all was well with my AF. this month i have been experiencing weird cramps and twinges since my ovulation period. now i am 13 dpo and a few days late on AF. today my lower back is killing me, having some localized cramps around left ovaries, face feels very flushed, and i'm exhausted. past 2 week i have been starving, tired, moody, crampy, and a couple days i felt weird gurgling in my uterus and lower abdomen. I went to gyno in early march and she said everything was fine and to just call her when i got a BFP. starting to get very worried. been taking pregnancy tests since march 26th and all have been negative. havent taken any yet today because im sure it will be negative. any advice or sentiments would be sooo very much appreciated. first time trying to conceive so this is all very new and nerveracking for us. THANKS SO MUCH LADIES baby dust to all!

Baby dust is extremely offensive, please do not use that here.
How do you know you're 13 DPO. If you're not temping, you can't know that. If those symptoms were related to pregnancy, you could get a positive test already, so keep that in mind.

How did you confirm that you ovulated 13 days ago?
I've had symptoms like you describe right around ovulation before; it's possible that you're just now ovulating.
Also, please do not use the term "baby dust". Around here, we prefer not to use it out of consideration to women who have lost and potentially cremated a child.

I agree with what the above posters said.
Also, you say you are 13 dpo and yet a few days late on AF. That is contradictory unless your normal luteal phase is 9 or 10 days. AF is only late when you have gone past your normal luteal phase length. You see, your cycle is divided into two stages. From your period to ovulation is called your follicular phase. The Follicular phase can vary in length a lot. It could be 8 days, it could be 30 days or more. The luteal phase is 12-16 days for all women. And each woman's luteal phase does not vary by more than a day or two. My luteal phase, for example, is 12 days. If I go past 12 dpo I know my period is late. When you ovulate, you will get your period 12-16 days later. That time you got your period 2 days late (which is totally normal) happened because you ovulated 2 days later than normal.
It is normal to take up to a year to get pregnant. you have nothing to worry about.
