  Hi!! I just finished my 3rd cycle trying for #1 as well... I also am very anxious to start my family and very hopeful it happens sooner rather than later ... What I want to say, and hopefully can do so without sounding corny or like a commercial is that your post sounds very similar to where I was in cycle 2, before I was Temping ... I had been learning a lot about symptoms and such and it only lead to me being so concerned with every body movement ... It was not a good thing. This past cycle I started temping and it was the best thing! The amount of info you learn and the science behind it all makes it easy to be confident in your attempts and also for me, the let down was easier too, it's less guess work ... I still tested twice but I knew that ultimately the chart would show my answer and it has. I'm happy to be going into my 2nd cycle of temping because I know it's gonna get easier with more cycles to compare to...

  Hello! When I first started TTC, I used just the OPKs you are using. When I got to my first TWW, all of a sudden I noticed that my boobs were more sore than normal, I noticed every little cramp and twinge in my pelvic area...I even asked DH if he thought my nipples were getting darker. These were all "early pregnancy symptoms" that I had read somewhere - what I managed to ignore was the fact that many early pregnancy symptoms are exactly the same as pre-menstrual symptoms, and as you'll learn from the ladies on this board, is that most women don't experience pregnancy symptoms until about 5 weeks. What I'm trying to say is that I was hyper aware of my body because I was paying more attention to it. In hindsight, I'm fairly certain my boobs were no more tender/sore than normal before AF. 
  
  Keep in mind that implantation takes about 7-10 days from ovulation. Prior to that, it is a floating ball of cells that your body is not conscious of. You'll hear this a lot too, if you are pregnant enough to have symptoms, you are pregnant enough to turn a test.

  
  

  I would, instead, recommend that you get yourself a copy of Taking Charge of Your Fertility (the fertility bible around these parts), buy yourself a BBT thermometer, and start charting your BBT and CM. This is the best and only way to know when you have ovulated. 
  
  Also, I know it can be hard, but you have to try and ignore all those little pinches and cramps during the TWW or else you will drive yourself nuts. It takes a healthy couple up to a year to conceive.
