Nervous - First Time

Hi All -
I will be 5 weeks on Wednesday & I am super nervous about miscarrying! I am a teacher & I work w children w special needs. My students can be very physical & many women in my building have had miscarriages! Any advice or tips you have I greatly appreciate!! Please help calm my nerves.....

    At this early stage, there isn't a whole lot you can do to prevent a miscarriage. Try to take it easy as you can, but try to stay positive and not obsess about it

    Thank you @hcdmdf! I am trying my best to be positive and rest when I'm not working! It's just hard to not think about it and I feel like the weeks are moving so slowly! I just want to make it to my 8 week appointment!!!
