  • *6wk/sweet pea

*I feel fine just thirsty and tired I feel a little nauseous if I don't eat every couple of hours but it's faint bearly there which is strange for me but I give it another week and I'll be green around the gills all day.

    * I have a chiropractic appt on Wednesday gotta make sure everything is in place for my VBAC!

    #1 night with the king
    #2 nightmare before Christmas
    #3 lion king/little mermaid it's a tie

  • Week/Fruit? Week 8/Raspberry

How are you feeling/symptoms or lack thereof? I had really bad morning sickness a couple weeks ago, but it has settled down some & I only really feel nauseous around certain foods.

Any appointments coming up in the next 7 days? Just had my first ultrasound yesterday. It was supposed to be for a nuchal translucency scan since we thought I was 11w3d, but turns out I'm only 8w5d due to my wacky post-depo cycles. Saw the baby, though, & HR was 171bpm. :)

Getting to know you (GTKY): What are your top three favorite movies of all time? This is tough.. I really love movies. What Dreams May Come with Robin Williams is amazing, Mean Girls is the best pick-me-up movie, & I will always love every Disney princess movie, no matter how old I am.

  • Happy Tuesday everyone!

    Week/Fruit: wk 9/olive (now I want olives)

How are you feeling/symptoms or lack thereof: Great, sore chest when I exercise (never been a problem before, now I see why people pay big bucks for a good sports bra), but other than that feeling good.

Any appointments coming up in the next 7 days: Nope, had my first last week with a great ultrasound, so I won't be going back til the end of April.

Getting to know you (GTKY): What are your top three favorite movies of all time:

    This changes constantly

    1. A Room With a View (when I'm feeling high-minded and want a beautiful soundtrack)

    2. Smokey and the Bandit (when I'm feeling anything but high-minded and want an ass-kickin' soundtrack)

    3. Gone with the Wind (because Scarlett...)

  • 1. 9 weeks / green olive

  • 10 weeks and feeling good!  I love that the countdown to 12 is on, I'm going on a visit to my home town for a visit in a week, and so excited I'll be there to tell some friends and relatives in person.
  • 9 weeks/green olive
Symptoms: im more tired then I've ever felt in my life lol, My nausea has gotten a little better now that my doc gave me a prescription, and my boobs are still pretty sore and getting bigger which is causing some back pain.
I've have 1 appointment so far and wont have another one until 12ish weeks(april 30th)
Oohhh top 3 movies that ones hard...humm well id say boondock saints, world war Z, dawn of the dead at least for today lol
  • 9 weeks- green olive!

not having extreme symptoms which I love! slight nausea every once in awhile, days where I get soo tired I have to take a nap right away, boobs sore - mostly at night though

I have an appt next Wednesday! I can't wait, I've been counting down the days for like 3 weeks...

top 3 movies is hard! today I choose-

About Time (it's on Netflix and if you haven't seen it you really need to!)

    Moulin Rouge (love the music)

Steel Magnolias (OMG so sad.... now I want to watch this again!)

  • I had no ideas about this, so even though I moved weeks on Sunday I'm going to for it now.

    Week/ Fruit: 7, blueberry.

    Symptoms: Morning sickness, tender nipples.

Appointments: u/s tomorrow then my first appointment with ob on Thursday.

Movies: That's a hard one. I'm really not a movie or TV person. My favorite is Eternal Sunshine and the Spotless Mind. We're actually considering the main characters names for the baby - Clementine for a girl and Joel for a boy. I've wanted to name my first either of those for years and years. DH wasn't having it until he watched the movie and they grew on him.

Really?? I've never met anyone else who likes it! When I first mentioned the name to him he replied by singing "Oh my darlin', oh my darlin'" in a very obnoxious and exaggerated hillbilly voice. Then I sang it in that sweet, warm lullaby voice us ladies have. By the time I finished he had a huge smile and said, "I didn't know that song could sound so beautiful. I'll think about it." The movie just solidified it for him.
