What is everyone's thoughts on eating Tuna Fish (canned)?

I have read mixed reviews. Some people say no not at all, some say it's ok to limit it.

I eat it. I think we can eat 6 oz of tuna or fish a week. From my research, the fancier tuna is not good like ahi ahi. Canned tuna is fine.

I have a had out about what foods to avoid, and on the topic of tuna it just says to limit to 8oz in a weeks span.

My OBGYN said it was definately safe, just try to limit it to twice a week. So definately eat it if your craving it

I hate tuna but my mom said she ate it everyday while pregnant with me and my sister.
