Hey Everyone,
So looks like I am miscarrying. At 7W3D I went for a first ultrasound and was only measuring 6W1D with a very slow heartbeat. I had betas done last Thursday and Saturday and both were very bad and this morning I woke up to cramping and a pretty medium flow. I was supposed to go in for a second ultra sound next Thursday but I don't even see the point. I think my doctor wants me to do betas again on Monday but I have work and don't really want to take time off for it. I think Ill just go next Saturday for the labs since they will just confirm what I already know is happening. Anyway just wanted to say that I am back and while disappointed and sad not totally depressed. I guess it just means we have to try again :-)

12/17/15: Got to see the heartbeat (105bpm)!
1/25/16: NT scan = normal (HB=163bpm)
EDD: 8/10/16
8/8/16: Baby boy born @ 12:25am, 8lbs, 20.5 inches
5/18/17: BFP!!! (11dpo)
Beta #1(12dpo)=176.4, Beta #2(15dpo)=607.1
TTC #1 with IUI and donor sperm

I would still go for the follow up sono on Thursday still. My doctor told me to keep a pre scheduled sono after my first loss to make sure everything had passed. The betas you can definitely hold off on but you don't want any retained tissue.
Losses just suck and I'm sad you have to go through this.

August 2015: IVF #3. 14R, 13M, 11F. Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing. 3 normals. FET planned for 10/2015.

If it's any consolation, my OB told me to have 1 cycle before trying again and that we'd be more 'fertile' for the 3 months following MC.
