Workouts

I'm started to get back into the whole working out again routine and was curious if anyone had suggestions on great videos or what they are doing. So far walking has been my go to ease myself back in. Now that the Dr. gave the full go a head I'm looking for new ideas to shake up my routine. So what are you ladies doing?

  • I'm 7 weeks postpartum and got the go ahead last week. I did a boot camp class yesterday and my bleeding came back. Whatever work outs you do, be careful of that and not to over do it! I may be sticking to walking for a bit longer...

    30 Squats
    Repeat 3 Times
    My doctor said it was okay for me to work out my bleeding stopped about 2 weeks ago and hasn't started since then. I have my postpartum appointment tomorrow! But that's the work out I'm starting out with for now (:
  • I've been walking for an hour 3X a week, Monday I do upper body weight lifting, Wednesday I do abs and Friday I do lower body workouts. It was difficult doing anything other than walking for the first couple days because my muscles were flabby but I'm making progress. Pinterest has been my best friend for finding workouts that fit me.
