I often say, 'I can't do that right now. I'm too big' to my hubby and kids when they want me to stand up, bend over, wrestle etc. Tonight at the store I got stuck in a big rocking chair and my 2 year old said, 'uh oh. Mommy too big.'
Hahaha these are hilarious! The other day I said "My water is leaking" talking about my water bottle, but my coworker said pregnant women are not allowed to say that!
I'm not allowed to tell my parents what I've done during the day. Yesterday my husband and I went furniture shopping and then ran errands. My dad called and asked me what I was doing and I told him. He didn't like that and told me I needed to be home relaxing, lol.
The other day I had a scare and went to the hospital because I was having contractions. Turned out that I was dehydrated among other things, but baby and I are fine. My dad just wants me on bed rest Lmao.
I smacked my toe on an empty suitcase this morning and did a primal scream of pain. DH nearly killed himself getting to the top floor from the basement. In my defense, I don't leave things in the middle of the floor and wander off.
I'm a teacher, and whenever I make the slightest squinty face because she kicked me in the hip or something, my students freak out. It has come in handy for keeping them calm, all I have to do is tell them that they're stressing me out and they quiet down.
Re: Things you can't say when you're 8 months pregnant...
