Tmi question

I know this is tmi, but had to ask anyways! I'm 32 weeks and for the last couple of days my nipples have looked different. There's a few white specs that comes off, I've put the nipple cream on them. Are they just dry or am I starting to leak a bit?

    Mine leak when I am asleep. When I wake up I have white/ cream colored crusties on my nipples. They usually resemble polka dots that wipe off. It's just the beginning of a whole lot more leakage.

    For me the white specks are colostrum that has just slightly dried on the surface... I remember being so freaked out when it happened with my first daughter... Just make sure that you are keeping everything clean now that your ducts are open... This doesn't mean you have to scrub them or anything... But make sure you have a gentle soap and are getting it all off in the shower
