I got my first positive at home pregnancy test one week after conception.
  • This content has been removed.
  • Indeed it would have. I bought condoms on my way there but we ended up in the hot tub. He was kind of forceful about it happening there. He did at least pull out before he started ejaculating, but of course that can mean nothing. And MUD?
  • Magic 8 ball says..... Get a DNA test if you really want to know. No one on here has any way of knowing.
  • Oy. No judgement here but I would get DNA test. I can't believe your husband hasn't told you this is a necessity...
  • What if your husband is fertile and has been keeping it a secret. He wanted you to have sex with someone else hoping that you'd get pregnant and think it was his.....

    Mind. Blown.
  • This is too much for my mind to handle. You need to go to a professional for this.
  • What is wrong with people??!! Seriously.....
  • Ita hard to provide suppoort.. In such a, well... Controversial topic. I personally dont agree with anything in your situation. There is a real possibility this baby is not your husband's. You cant rely on "thinking you were pregnant already". Pregnancy tests are generally pretty accurate... And without tracking your body temperature and knowing the exact day you ovulated.. Its all up in the air. You need tests.

  • On top of the DNA and STD screening maybe you guys should seek couples therapy.

  • In case this isn't MUD....

When you're "2 weeks pregnant" you're actually ovulating and that's when conception happens, so it could easily be either guy's baby. Read up on how your body works.
  • Are you seriously asking us who the baby daddy is??? I mean geez I'm not judging but really??

If you head over to the bump's homepage I'm pretty sure you will see a common theme---this is a website that discusses all things pregnancy, baby or wanting to be pregnant.

Not WebMD...and I'm pretty sure those folks can't diagnose paternity either.

Like everyone is saying go to the doctors get the testing and there's your answer.

    Good luck!!! :-/
  • This can't be real ! Well at least your husband won't get mad if it is not his baby since he don't mind sharing you with another man. I'm sorry but what is this world coming to? And I think ya need some serious help:(

Hahah OP please come back and explain this!
  • She's gone??? Nooooo
  • In sorry but how haven't you gotten a paternity test already. And my biggest question is what does you husband think of this!?!? Isn't he wondering also?!? What you guys do on your own time is what you guys do, but if you are due in May like all of us, why haven't you gotten a test yet.

Also how could we help you!?? Lol
  • Come back and keep us updated.

Real or not are you going to pay for the paternity test? They are not cheap in utero and insurance doesn't cover them. She would have to wait until after birth. I need a paternity test and have done all the necessary research. I know who baby daddy is but I have to prove my husband isn't before I can get divorced. Most people don't have $1600 laying around for a paternity test when after birth it costs $100 if you do it at DHS or child support offices.

I get what you are saying, but if you read what she wrote she's asking what can she do. As if I know who the father of the child or someone else on the bump knows. If she wants to know get a paternity test. And not post it here, if she was wanting to know so bad then her and her DH can save and get the test or wait like you are doing. I'm sorry about your situation but I don't think that has anything to do with what I said nor give you the right to tell me your situation. This lady is asking what can she do, she is worried who's the daddy. Well get a frigging paternity test and don't post it on here and ask, knowing there really is no answer she can get here. Just people like us wondering why she hasn't gotten one already.

You obviously didn't see what OP wrote before she deleted it..
  • Why would I keep you updated when you've been nothing but judgemental and rude? Obviously you couldn't tell me who the father is, but I also don't have an extra 1600 laying around. I won't be getting a DNA test because my husband and I got ourselves into this and he will raise baby and love him as his either way. I posted basically asking if the test was positive after 7 days how likely it could have happened that day. I have the answers I need. Thank you everyone for your input. If you didn't have the answer, maybe you should have kept your nasty judgemental comments to yourself.

Yea I did, it's not my situation at all. I think if OP was a little smarter about how her body works and a bit less drama seeking she wouldn't have to feel attacked and would have realized this was a completely ignorant request. I was just stating that paternity tests in utero are expensive and it's not really difficult to see why someone wouldn't get one.

You say you and your husband will love and raise the baby either way...but isn't that not fair to the other guy in case he is the real father? Or to your baby to know 100% who his biological father really is? I'm not doubting your husband will raise and love him no matter what, but it's sticky when you won't ever know (unless you do testing after the baby is born and are honest with the other guy in case he's the dad).
