Dream-feeding your infant ???

What are some tips about dreamfeeding your LOs?  I am breast feeding and my LO won't wake up for anything.  I do a diaper change and he is awake for that but will fall right back to sleep.  I rub his feet/stomach/blow on his face and nothing works.  How do ya'll do it?  I can't get his mouth to open at all for a latch...

    Does your LO respond to brushing your nipple up against her mouth?

    DS was a sleepy baby but would root if I brushed my nipple against his sleepy little face.

    We'd use a cold washcloth on LO's head or tummy after completely undressing him for feedings. This would wake him long enough to get him to eat.
