It could be related, but it also may not be. Normally in pregnancy, most women get what's called pregnancy gingivitis. It mostly affects the gums but sometimes you can feel it in your teeth. It could also be a cavity/decay. Basically if you eat sweets, drink anything hot or cold, or take a breath of cold air and it bothers you from those things then it's most likely a cavity. You can go to the dentist when pregnant to have it checked out. Dental X-rays are also safe as long as it's either a PA or bite wings (you can ask them) and make sure you wear a lead cover.
