Swollen lymph nodes in groin area

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and for about 2 weeks my lymph nodes in my groin have been swollen , as well as the left side of my groin. It's better when I am off my feet and take Advil , but I have no idea what it could be! Anyone else have this?

    I've called and they said to call my family doctor in a week if not doesn't improve. Talked to a nurse who said it could just be excess fluid .

    I had this! I'm 17w1d and two weeks ago mine got huge. I went to my ob and she told me my body was fighting a small infection, most likely from a cut while shaving. Hot compresses and baths took care of it. Hope this helps!
