  • 1. Something you need to work on.

I still need to cut out more wine and more caffeine!

    2. Something you are proud of.

I stuck to my diet all week and I lost 3 pounds!  It is seriously the best "diet" I've ever been on.  Although I'm having to cut some things out I don't feel too deprived!  And my cheat meal on Sat really helped...although it kinda turned into cheat meal AND cheat dessert!

    3. Your plan.

Just to keep up the good work!  WE've has some warmer weather so on my off days from the gym I've been taking long walks which is awesome!

  • Last week was just an okay week for me. I missed nearly all of my planned workouts and didn't even get to spin once.

I made some decent decisions food wise and cut way back on my booze.

Umm, move. My back has been killing me (prelude to my period??? I hope, I hope..) so I have been walking more than anything else to move this week.

    Kid #1 - 09/03/12
    Kid #2 - maybe???
    Diagnosed with Severe Ashermans
Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
#11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh
  • I have completely screwed up my good habits after being sick 2 weeks ago (ER for fluids and everything, YUCK!).

I need to work on working out and eating at home. And not eating Easter candy. This is a tough time of year for me to cut back on sugar!

I'm proud that I started playing soccer again last week, and that I have been getting back into eating my salads. I love salad with avocado and lots of veggies, but I've been way too lazy to make them for the last month.

My plan is to keep playing soccer, try to limit the peanut butter eggs and marshmallow eggs, and to try to get to the gym 3x per week, even if it's only to walk in, weigh myself, and leave. Small steps to get back into the habit!
  • AW I went to the gym today! First time in forever- I want to make it a habit! We also cooked all weekend and it tasted so good after eating out a lot after we were sick. Even DS has been chowing- he has been a fruit junkie this weekend and he has never really liked fruit. Come to think of it, he's been going crazy on his veggies, too. Asparagus, salad, potato, squash, mushrooms, red peppers, etc. good boy!!!!
