I don't know much about them, but I agree with PP - I think no difference! Do make sure to get an exercise ball that is tall enough though. If you're sitting too low you'll put stress on your knees, which can be an issue during pregnancy!
I don't think there's any difference other than price, but it's such a great way to stretch and maintain posture during this pregnancy, i love it, and I'm sure it will be super useful for labor too!
Probably just a brand name difference. I would highly recommend getting one though! Not only does it help with aches while pregnant, and labor pains; it is great to bounce the baby to sleep or slowly work out postpartum.
