Hoarse voice

My LO has had a raspy voice since yesterday. No cough with it. We have all been batting colds and he has had a runny nose for a few days. Any advice on what to do?

We just added a humidifier to his room and tried to keep his congestion as clear as possible but really just let it run its course.
