Something cute...

last night, while tucking in my 5 year old son, he turned to me and said "mum, I think that there is a baby in your tummy because you're getting fat like one is in there".

I haven't told him yet (because I think he will struggle with the loooooong wait), and as he fell asleep, he rubbed and tickled my belly telling me it's going to be a boy baby.

Has anyone else had their little one do something like this?

    My 4 & 6 year old talk to my tummy daily, telling the baby cute things. :)

    That's precious and very observant, haha! We told our three year old and she asked if the baby was coming "today" lol. I was afraid she'd talk about it and ask about it CONSTANTLY until October, but since I'm not really showing and haven't had an appointment yet she's essentially forgotten about it. ;)
    It's a boy! Born 42 weeks, 2 days.

    My three year old told me I was pregnant before I even know. She even said it was going to be a boy.... Still does. Hope she's right

    megewy , that's awesome! I've read more than a couple freaky stories on the internet about an older sibling 'knowing' about the pregnancy and the sex of the new baby before the parents know. Lol, looks like you're having a boy!

    My DD learned to say "bay-bee" (she enunciates it so much, it's adorable) but she's still too young to figure out it's in momma's belly.

    DD is 3 (almost 4) and she's told us that it's going to be a girl and she's going to have a sister.  We tried to tell her that we wouldn't know for a while and she is determined that it's a girl to the point of getting mad at us if we try and tell her we don't know.
