measuring over 2 weeks ahead

Went to the Dr today and I'm 28w5days pregnant and measuring 31 weeks! My Dr is having me in for another u/s to measure baby only bc of my history...DD was 8lb 15oz and DS 9lb 12oz.
Has anyone else had pregnancies where they measured ahead and Dr took baby early? Right now scheduled for csection 4 days before due date.

    I'm measuring around 6 weeks ahead, but I'm a FTM waiting on an ultrasound too, so unfortunately I have no helpful input! From what I've read of other threads and Google (because I'm worried) is that doctors do consider inducing early if the baby is too big, to prevent an emergency c-section after a difficult labor; but since you're having a scheduled c-section anyway I don't imagine they'll change your c-section date unless you go into early labor or have another risk factor that would make you at risk of early labor.

    Hi @mclanin there have been a few recent threads about fundal measurement that you might find helpful where others have shared their insights. If you use the search function on this site and type in "fundal" they should come up. I hope you find some helpful insights to quell your fears! It sounds like your doc is being good about advising you. Good luck!
