afternoon prenatal yoga classes east side or queens nyc

Hi everyone,

I'm a preschool teacher on the UES and am 19 weeks pregnant. I've been trying to find a prenatal yoga class that I could go to that is in the afternoon so I can go on my way home from work. Does anyone know of any on the UES, midtown east, union square area? Or LIC, Astoria, Sunnyside area?

    I have a similar commute - UES to Kew Garden Hills, Queens. I've been taking prenatal yoga classes at Bamboo Moves in Forest Hills since Nov 2014 (my 18th or 19th week). The location may not be ideal for you, but I really like that the classes are physically challenging. I've had classes with Jen and Olga so far. https://bamboomovesfh.com/

    I am taking a prenatal yoga class at the Vanderbilt YMCA, east 47th between 2nd and 3rd. You don't need to be a Y member to sign up. It's twice a week, Tuesday 12:30 to 1:30, Thursday 12:15 to 1:15 and the cost is $165 for 8 weeks (16 classes), which is a great deal.
