Yes, it is the only thing that has helped me. It is actually the same active ingredients as the prescription morning sickness drug, Diclegis, but is WAY cheaper! I bought 100 25 mg b6 for $8 and a box of Unisom for $5. After insurance 30 pills of Diclegis would have cost me $60!!!
ETA: For me the nighttime dose lasts until around noon the next day. It doesn't take the nausea away but sort of dulls the effect. Apparently you can add a half dose in the AM if it's not enough, but since it makes me super drowsy I only take the night dose so that I can function at work.
Yes I've been doing this. I feel great in the mornings after I take it at night. Make sure you are getting the Unisom tabs and cut them in half, and take with 25 mg of B6. You can find that dose on Amazon... I never looked anywhere else but I heard it's hard to find at brick and mortar stores.
Yes, and it really helps! I was vomiting every morning when I woke up but this combo did the trick. I haven't been sick once since I started taking it. I do still get queasy but it's manageable.
