How is everyone feeling? I need real insight from new to be moms and experienced ones as well. Books are great but real world experience is better. Boobs are insanely in pain oh they get worse at night when sleeping. I feel like sleeping with a bra. Any suggestions? No sickness as of yet. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

  • I sleep in an old sports bra that is now soft and not as tight. Helps the soreness!

  • That's what I was thinking. They have grown a size and a half already. I am tiny too. May have to get a new one with room to grow.
  • I am preggo with baby #4...warm showers and heating pads help with breast tenderness, no bra feels better for me but i cant get away with leaving the house like that. :) you are very lucky to not have morning sickness!!! I have had 24-7 nausea and vomiting the past 4 weeks.lost a lot of weight. :(
  • I can't take off my VS sports bra. I slept without it on one night and I woke up in the worst pain ever. My boobs aren't huge, but they hurt miserably. It is finally getting a little better now though but from weeks 4 to now at 7 it's been rough.
  • I tried to sleep once without my bra and it was the worst so uncomfortable that now I just sleep with a bra on.  :(

  • Hi! I'm 7w3d. Try a camisole that has a shelf bra. Works for me! Good luck :)
  • Hot shower, jojoba oil rub, and a sports bra has become my nightly ritual!
  • I sleep in nursing/maternity camisoles from Target. They have a pretty nice built in shelf bra. Between my first pregnancy and breastfeeding for a year, I've gotten a lot of use out of them.

Good luck, and the sore boobs phase usually doesn't last forever.

  • I sleep in a light sports bra, and I snuggle a soft pillow. It helps my boobs not feel squished at night. They are killing me.

  • Honestly, I sleep with my bra on to help with the tenderness/pain. Esp. When I sleep on my sides, it's hurts like a mother eff. The only issue I find with sleeping with a bra is sometimes it gets a little restrictive in the rib cage and can cause indigestion And therefore more gas...burps!
  • They actually make sleep bras I had a couple for after the baby was born for nursing. It's basically like a looser sports bra. Holds them in place without too much pressure. They have them at target and motherhood maternity

First timer here, and I've been doing the same. I have also had trouble wearing real bras during the day.
