I have used Luvs since the night my daughter was born up until now at two years old and I wont use anything else. I'll be doing the same with my second.
I had better luck with pampers when DD was. Newborn. Once her poop was more solid I switched to luvs and have been very happy. At night I use pampers baby dry she soaked through luvs when she slept all night and had no problems with baby drys!
14 years ago with my son he always wore Pampers. I just love that brand. Never leaked. I tried Huggies and Luvs but they just did not cut it. I can't wait to go back to Pampers again with the new baby. Hoping they have not changed in 14 years!

For us, Parents Choice from WM worked beautifully. Some babies can't wear them I understand, but for us they were great so we kept using them. It saved us a LOT OF money especially considering how many they go through a day.
We always heard that old belief that Huggies are for girls and Pampers are for boys. Don't know if anyone else has ever heard this, but lots of people we know told us this. Well, of course, we got a bunch of diapers from people with our first, and we actually discovered right away that the Huggies just didn't fit him correctly. We tried the Pampers, and they were great!
I love the honest diapers. My son is 18 months and we not had one issue. We did try pampers, and they worked, but I did not like the perfume smell And the thought of extra chemicals on him from the wet line indicator. It's great knowing i am not putting chemicals on him and they are very reasonable if you have them delivered. Buying them in the store is much more expensive.
We use (Target) Up&Up diapers and they work really well for us. Pampers also worked well, but they always smelled like chemicals to me and I couldn't get past it. Plus, if Up&Up works well for DS and they're cheaper, I'll keep using those.
Pampers all the way! I love swaddlers and cruisers.. Baby dry almost feels papery and cheap and smells horrible as soon as pee would hit it. But only had an ocasional blowout with pampers and that was due to exhausted mommy eyes thinking it was on properly lol. I've tried a bunch of brands and none worked as well as pampers for my daughter and my second daughter will be in pampers only for disposables, and I also do cloth.
I also cloth diaper part time (discovered that joy at 19 months. So small stash lol) .
I've tried huggies before but that was years ago. I just can't do the cloth diapers, and I know that there are services that collect the dirty ones and leave clean but since we live soooo far out in literally the middle of nowhere (the closest neighbor is 8 miles away, town is 20 miles away) and I can't stand washing out poo then laundering them, yah.....I'm not strong enough for that lol
It all depends on how your baby is built. My daughter had quite the Ba-Donk-A-Donk and had to use Pampers or her cheeks would be hanging out. My son, smaller butt, did much better with Huggies. Just try out all the brands you get from your shower and see what works best for your LO!

Luvs are the only things that have held in the poopsplosions
