Fetal Death at 13 weeks

I am 13 weeks and yesterday was cramping all day. This is my first child. I woke up around 2am this morning and used the bathroom and discovered a spot of blood. I went to hospital where they did an my first ultrasound. They discovered my baby's gestional age was 10 weeks and 1 day. I have not passed anything and my uterus is closed. No heartbeat was found. I have a titled cervix and believe that's why they couldn't hear it. Any thoughts on my situation? They wanted me to have D&C but I still feel there is hope my baby is alive. Please help.

    So sorry your going through this. I had 3 sonos and blood work 3 times over a 2 week period before having a DNC. Will be praying for you.
