I just have loss my appetite... And then I feel so weak, like I can't even stand. Idk what the deal is. Anyone else?

I'm loosing my appetite too! Is it that our organs are getting compressed and slowing down a bit? I've been having small meals, and lots of cereal to keep fibre up.
