Early labor sign

I m 24+6 weeks pregnant since morning i feel vomiting but no vomit and slight pain in my upper back on & off is it labor sign?? I m worried:/

Vomiting cause dehydration.... Dehydration causes cramping. Drink water and relax. Call your Dr.
