Quick question

Hello! Can you guys help me out? I started bleeding tonight, very lightly. Is that the kind of thing you just wait out? Or do I call my doctor? I didn't have any bleeding with my first pregnancy so I'm definitely mentally freaking out and a little lost about what to do. TIA!

I wouldn't freak out yet. Call your OBGYN. Most of them have an on-call nurse. Let them know what's happening and they'll be able to tell you if it's normal or not. Take a deep breath.
