Any hope for a rise in HCG level??

so I had a blood test done on mon, I couldn't wait for today to do it through the dr, I asked my boss for one (I work in a medical clinic). I was over The whole two week wait . Anyways, I tested strong positives all throughout the weekend, then mon, something didn't feel right. He tested my HCG levels at 30.2. I was slightly disheartened. Anyways, today was the actual appt with my fertility dr, and the results were very low.... Or in the words as the nurse "technically your pregnant, but it's not viable".... Those levels were 10.2. She said they want to make sure it's not an ectopic ( which is hilarious to me since I DONT HAVE FRIGGIN FALLOPIAN TUBES!!!!) I didn't even bother to tell her that since she clearly didn't even bother looking at my chart before making that comment. Moving on, they want me to come back friday for more bloodwork, but at this point, I can't bare to keep hearing more bad news. Pretty much having an emotional break down at this point!! So, I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences, and what were outcomes? I just don't understand how it took a turn for the worse. Our embryo was graded as "AA" quality and very sticky, since it took two tries to put in me. Kind of depressed and can't stop crying. Not sure if I can go through this again!!! Thank you for any response

6/28/13: salpingectomy of both tubes due to hydrasalphinx... :(

IVF process: Started in July, had to put it off until after our wedding in Oct, and now we are at full force!

1/2/15: Started 3wk of BC

1/14/15: Injection class.... HOLY Cannoli this medication is looking intimidating

1/23/15: US/ BW

1/26/15: Follistim and Menopur injections start

2/7/15-2/10/15: estimated dates for ER!!!!!

    10/11 Fertilization Report-nothing fertilized so a rescue ICSI performed.  4 eggs were fertilized.  
    10/13 3 embryos transferred on 3 days(7 cell, 5 cell and 4 cell)
    10/25 Beta BFN
    IVF #2 Start Stims Feb 2014
    2/7 ER 14 Embies...9 Fertilized
    2/12 ET 2 excellent grade.  2 frosties
    2/21/2014 First BFP EVER....ELATED
    3/28/2014 Miscarried.  DNC performed that day. 8w6d
    6/20/2014 FET 2 frosties.  
    6/30/2014 SO HAPPY...BFP #2
    7/21/2014 First u/s.  Low heart rate. Scheduled 2nd u/s in 1 week. 6weeks
    7/28/2014 U/S #2...no heartrate.  Scheduled DNC for 8/1/2014 7weeks
    2/15/2015 IVF #3  E2 Protocol ER 12 eggs retrieved.  ICSI'd 9.  
    2/20/2015 2 transferred. None to freeze.  
    03/2/2015 Beta 4 - CP 
    4/2015 IVF #4 E2 Protocal
    4/19/2015 ER 13R, 11M, 10F w/ICSI
    4/24/2015 ET 2 blasts none to freeze
    5/4/2015 Beta 1 108

    Feb 12..... Had my beta yesterday and it was a 10. On Monday it was 30.

    My transfer was on the 13 th. My first beta was 19.5. Yuck...then three days later it was 63. Five days after that ( today). It is 732. They think ectopic is possible. I also don't have tubes. Oddly enough they said it can still happen. Looks like we' re in the same boat. Hoping for a normal pregnancy
