Happy Friday!! How did everyone do this week? For those of you who joined later in the week, how are you doing so far? I did much better than the week before. I went for a few long walks in the snow! It was mostly ON the compact snow, but you would fall in about a foot every now and then. The only downside is it made my crotch really hurt!!! I had something similar (but not as intense) before and the Dr said it was just ligaments stretching, but the walking in the snow was making it HORRIBLE - it hurt to roll over at night, get up to pee, etc., so I had to lay off the snow walking for a few days but this week my plan is to try the treadmill and see if that treats me better! I ate a lot of salad this week, and loved it! And I actually cooked (sad, but this is a big accomplishment for me!). I had a few "cheats" here and there, but again, I am aiming for improvement, not perfection! This week in addition to the treadmill I am going to try to clean my eating up even more. How about you ladies - goals, successes, fails??
