37wks5days w/sudden severe lower back pain

Been having bh contractions for months now. Just since a couple days ago I've been having severe lower back pain. I had back labor with my other two kids. Also been having loose bowels for 2 weeks now. More pressure in pelvis area bc baby has dropped. Dr hasn't checked me for dilation yet. I go for my last appointment monday and then the following monday (the 23rd) I'll have my repeat c section (if he decides to wait till then!)

    Try stretching on all 4s and doing the cat/ cow move - sometimes this can alleviate the pain from baby pressing on your spine
