Making sure fat gets in freezer bag

i pump 1-2 times a day after I feed my 4 week old. I only pump for 7 minutes and get 1-2 oz. since I don't get a bunch, I refrigerate and combine with another session in a freezer bag. I notice the thicker milk, which I'm assuming is the fat, sticks to the sides of the bottles when refrigerated so I can't get it all to transfer when I freeze. Any tips?

Me 32 (Stage IV Endometriosis, short luteal phase) DH 38

Married 5/2010

January 2014- DS born healthy at 35.4 weeks

February 2014- DS passed away due to complications from adenovirus

February 2015- Rainbow baby DD born at 36.3 weeks

    I stick a bottle in a cup of hot water for literally 10 - 15 seconds so the fat detaches off the sides and then swirl the bottle so it mixes in a bit. Or hold the bottle in my hands to warm up the sides so the fat incorporates.

    I have same issue! Yesterday I took a thin spatula to try and scrape the sides but didn't work too well. I'll try the hot water trick.

    I leave mine on the counter for 10 min then hold the container at the ring of thick milk and swirl it.

    I just swirl ( don't shake!) the bottle around and it usually does the trick.

    Thanks ladies, letting it sit for a few minutes and holding it seems to do the trick
