Dry cotton mouth anyone?

My mouth has been consistently cotton dry for the last week. I am 30 weeks 2 days with twins. GD results aren't in yet so I'm crazy nervous. Anyone experience this? If so, were you diagnosed with GD or no?

    Hello. I have serious cotton dry mouth, and I was diagnosed with GD at 13 weeks.

    I failed my one hour... Going for my 3 hour tmw.. Though I just lost my mucus plug this morning so wondering if it's worth it to still go haha. I have an ultrasound tomorrow too so my doctor said they will check my fluids then.
