I can't start excerczjng , I go for walks but how can I loose weight ???
Re: Help! Being called fat and asking why Iam eating at work
On the topic of losing weight, you should probably refer to your doctor about if it would be healthy for you to do so. It's completely normal to gain weight during pregnancy - there's a tiny human growing in you, and he/she needs to eat, too!
Step 1 is telling your coworker that she's being inappropriate and hurtful and shutting that shit down EVERY TIME (it is NEVER okay to comment on a coworker's body - being pregnant does not make your body public property to be touched or commented on).
Step 2 is documenting every comment she makes (actual quotes, your response, with times and dates - keep an ongoing list) and going to your boss with it if Step 1 isn't working. That way you can say "Look - I've explained that her comments are completely inappropriate and have asked her repeatedly to stop but she's clearly not taking me seriously. I think it's time for you to step in here because she's making me really uncomfortable." and actually show your boss that this is a real problem (and not just a "so and so said something one time that hurt my feelings").
Kidding aside, I'm sorry you have to deal with the body shaming at work. Don't let it get to you (as hard as that may be).

Say "thank you doctor, but my OB says I am just fine." and walk away. Per a previous post, people think that b/c you are pregnant that gives them the right to say whatever they want. I have had several people (mostly men--whose wives have had babies) say oh you're almost done right? I'm small and carry big. I'm also a snarky bitch, and say right back to them, "No, but thanks for calling me fat." Then I blame it on the hormones, although it is really just me...they do a ton of other stuff to piss me off on a regular basis so I don't really feel all that bad. But since it sounds like you work for a smaller company with no HR, you may need to be a little bit more creative...is there something you can harp on him/her about (balding, rudeness, lazy, slow, etc.)
Good luck
If you aren't comfortable telling them off, give me their phone number and I will gladly tell them what's up.
