Charting Question and Intro

I'm taking the next few months to get used to temping again (and load up on vegetables in case my first trimester self decides she hates them again!).  My TCOYF book is in storage (what was I thinking?!), so I can't look this up myself and my google-fu isn't working today, but I seem to remember that you're supposed to adjust the temperature by some small amount if you end up taking it earlier/later than normal.  My kid got us all up an hour earlier today, so I wasn't sure if I needed to adjust my temperature at all to reflect that.  I am charting with FF, so perhaps they do that automatically?  Thanks in advance!
