Pain Left of Belly Button

Im 30 weeks tomorrow and having a sharp pain about two inches left of my belly button. It's been happening on and off occasionally but today is a lot more intense. I have a call into my doctor waiting to see if I should come in, but has anybody else experienced this? I'm guessing it's ligament pain? Thanks!

    I had this at 27wks (with twins) and brought it up to doctor because a friend planted the seed of an umbilical hernia in my mind. The doctor said because there's no redness, that it's probably the skin stretching. For me it was painful to the touch (like a bruise) and worse if I walked around a lot without belly brace.
    Amazingly it resolved this past weekend - so hopefully your situation is simply stretching but good you have a call to doc
