  I'd love to name my child Aurora but we can't because our surname wouldn't be good. Can't say I like the nickname Rory though, but that's just me

  I love all of them but I chose Freya. I have a niece named Freya. Also, I think Rory is a cute nn for Aurora.

  I like Rory Quinn. I personally don't like aurora, but I'm more for shorter names:)

  My sons name is Rory. I personally think of it as a boys name. I love Nora though. Sweet and classy.

  Rory is a cute nickname, it reminds me of Rory from Gilmore Girls.

  I'm not against the name Aurora/Rory, but "R" is a difficult sound to learn for kids so it would probably be a while before she or her little friends could say her name (or maybe you like that because it's cute ).  My son is Asher and at 4.5 it comes out as "Ashuh"
