Pretty much Non stop since 27 wks. I'm 31 wks now. I was told to take a couple days off here and there to just lay in bed all day. That's the only time it slows down

  • Yes since about 25 weeks (32 tmrw). Doctor said to relax and put feet up as much as possible. Limited physical activity has helped a lot!!
  • I had them but only because I was dehydrated.  Once I got hydrated again they passed.  They were dang painful when I had them.  I am sorry for yall having them non stop.  I cant imagine.  :(
  • Yes. Laying down is the only thing that helps. It stinks. And it's a little depressing to still have a couple months to go.

  • Yep. It's so frustrating!  Been having regular BH contractions for a few weeks, too.  Just keep trying to change positions and stay hydrated...

  • Oh yeah, since about 16 weeks I got diagnosed with irritable uterus (where you uterus/ pelvic area contracts and tightens for several seconds to a minute). Nothing makes it go away for me, I get it even if I am sleeping or laying down. I am so used to it now. At 24 weeks I also started getting BH contractions. My Dr says to monitor and relax and stay hydrated and not do anything very strenuous. I am now 27 weeks and baby is doing great:)
