Seeing the nurseries thread is making me think.

I spent so long on my son's nursery. This baby is getting our room that is already decorated with a baseball theme, although not nursery-like at all. We hardly have anything ready. I'm not freaking out quite yet.

This poor 2nd child. I'm so much less prepared than the first. I hope he will be ok. ;)

    I was just looking at all the beautiful nurseries that everyone has set up.  With my first he had a full nursery by the time I was 6 months pregnant.  I only this week bought a carseat for my second child - thats it.  Thats all she has!  Poor girl!

    Sorry for starting thread haha. I hadn't had anything done or even had much besides a cot until last week my mother Inlaw came and did a baby shower then took me to get furniture with some of the money I got at baby shower.. She's a life saver otherwise the room would still be a messy storage room. Don't worry there's still plenty of time to worry about that kind of thing and babies don't even notice anyways it's more for the mum ;)

    Exactly. "Up to about 3 months of age, babies' eyes do not focus on objects more than 8 to 10 inches from their faces."

    In other words, you have lots of time. :-)
