Need Name Advice Please!

So our last name is Raasch (pronounce the two a's like when I doctor tells you to say "ah", so it's R-ah-sh).
We are torn between our two last baby boy name choices:

Samuel Sebastian

or

Sebastian Samuel

or

alternately we could go with either as a first name and James as the middle.

We don't want to have the discussion with friends or family because we don't want to open ourselves up to criticism of our choices. We'd rather just say, Meet Baby! This is his name. And (hopefully!) no one would dare say a word against it because now it's final. Thoughts? Thanks bumpies!
