I hate waxing due to bad experience with ingrown hairs. So for me I have always shaved....BUT now it feels like pot luck, grab the razor and shave where I think there is hair! Anyone else?
Same here! Last week I tried really hard to do a good shave (date night). Showed my husband and apparently I failed miserably. Lol I think I'm about to throw in the towel.
No reason to be shaving for their benefit IMO. If you shave because you like it, fine (although honestly the don't really get that as I feel we have pubes for a reason!) but really, I think we're going through enough here without worrying whether our bikini areas are pretty enough for our husbands/boyfriends.

I did the same recently and he politely asked if I need help from now on. FML
After what I knew would be my last landscaping a couple weeks back, I'm just gonna let it go 70s bush. I do it for myself anyways, so what my gentleman thinks about it, I don't care. But I feel ya. Seems weird not to mow the lawn after it being a habit for a while
My partner tried to do it for me but i freaked lol. I dont know what ill do i hate hair down there. Almost cant shave my legs but i trust my man to do my legs. You know you have a great partner when they offer their assistance. So sweet
After a little over a decade or so of shaving I decided to let it grow back out. That was a month or so before I got knocked up.
Surprisingly, the hubs likes it better. I just clean up the edges around my legs. That's probably a lost cause here shortly. I do enjoy the less work being au naturale is! Kinda makes me want to quit shaving my legs and armpits..... just kidding!
Yeah, I tried today to clean it up and I was horrible and I gave up so half of it seems a little neat and the other half is just out of control. Agh gotta love that Prego belly though!
I was doing laser hair removal before I was pregnant and although it had to be put on hold because of the pregnancy, it's made a big difference now that it's an Olympic sport to shave.
I had laser hair removal on my armpits before we moved here. What a difference. I was planning on moving to either the bikini area or my legs once we got here, but couldn't decide which to do, and then got pregnant, and then the whole thing was moot. Wish I had done my legs, tho. I haven't felt like shaving for weeks, and it's noticeable

Me to going back to the 70,s bush.I am in the club with you.
I'm pretty low maintenance, so I don't really care how everything looks down there and just clean up the edges when they need it.
However. Having gone through labor and post-partum before, I know everything will be a lot easier to handle if I reign it in before delivery, so I've talked with hubby and when we get a little closer to d-day he'll help me tame the jungle...lol. Things get messy down there and it's so much easier to keep clean and stay comfortable when there isn't much hair to complicate things!
@finchfeeder80, just before getting pregnant I stopped shaving altogether. It was weird to adjust to initially but after everything grew out it was pretty liberating! I'm back to shaving my legs & pits now because I prefer the look, but I would do it again now that I have the confidence
Yeah, while I've given up for the nonce, I'm considering have DH mow the lawn once once we're real close to the main event. I just think it will be easier to keep clean and use my treatments on my poor girl parts afterwards if there isn't a bunch of hair in the way. Kind of an awkward conversation to have, but he's adamant about watching what happens down there during actual birth (I've begged him not to. Begged. "There's some things you just can't unsee") so compared to that I think he can deal with some yard maintenance, lol
I get sugared every 2 weeks (it hurts wayyyy less when you get it done regularly). It's been a dream lol I don't have to worry about anything down there (yet! Lol).
I can't stand hair. I have to shave. I miss my sissy back in the states! She used to wax (sugar) me but now I have to deal with it myself since I'm scared to get a brazilian here in Qatar
