A mix. I have too many jobs they are: 1) part time search engine evaluator (online from home) 2) freelance seamstress (from home) 3) part time tour guide (only on Saturdays at a memorial near where I live.)
SS - also Canadian with maternity leave coming to an end. I have decided not to go back to my job and was planning on staying home, but am re-thinking. I'm not sure it's my thing... I will likely start looking for work, but will take my time to find the right fit. I would love to work part-time, but suspect that will be tough to find in my field.
I voted SS bc I work Saturdays but I'm home the rest of the time. Original plan was, my step mom would watch her two days during the week so I could work 3 total days. After about 2 months of this she decided watching LO was "interfering with the other things she had to do." We had just built a house and we were counting on my income to pay the bills. Luckily DH got a promotion but still. Really pissed me off.

Im so worried that my MIL will change her mind once DD is a too-energetic toddler! Right now we count on her for 2-3 days a week... if we don't have that, I don't know what to do!
March siggy challenge: Dream job = Playing with wolves
Right now I work part time outside the home. But the travel is way too much (almost two hours each way!) and the environment is not good (my boss actually asked me to come in on my maternity leave to help locate something!) so I'm looking for work from home right now. I'm hoping that will happen by this summer.
I should add that I have another part time job right now that I work from home. I hope to turn that into my full time job.
I work 2 days a week outside the home. One of my days is Saturday, so DS gets a day with DH, and I love that! The other day he goes to an in-home daycare.
Work full time. My work environment is really family friendly - I can work from home if something comes up, or leave early one day and work late another. The only thing is I'm about to have to travel a lot more, which breaks my heart. But, I make almost exactly what my husband makes, and right now we are saving just enough for her college and our retirement.
