TMI? Obsessed with nipple picking.

This happened during my last pregnancy as well. My boobs don't leak, but it's almost as if the milk ducts are producing the tiniest lite amount each day and I can see white spots all through my nipple. If you pick it, they will come out. It's addicting ! Is that weird? Anyone else have this?

Yes I've had that with both pregnancies. Nipple stimulation is said to be something that can induce labour and I've read/heard that you shouldn't pick at the scabs for that reason. Totally could be a wives-tale but thought I'd mention it.

I have this too and it never really went away after my 1st daughter and not breastfeeding for a year!!!!!

I've been desperately waiting for colostrum or something to leak and the white foamy looking creases in my nipples give me hope. At first I thought it was a build up of coconut oil from rubbing down my stretch marked boobs, but I guess not. And this all makes me so excited somehow.

It's a mixture of milk and the special lubricating substance that your nipples will naturally produce to prepare them for breast feeding. They'll be on your nipples and around the areolas too. The ones that secrete the lubrication are the white dots on the areola. Nothing wrong with picking at them, it's not enough stimulation to cause any problems. Unless you start regularly and effectively expressing your breast milk, there's little chance you'll do anything other than cause a tender nipple.
