Dry cotton mouth anyone?

My mouth has been consistently cotton dry for the last week. I am 30 weeks 2 days with twins. GD results aren't in yet so I'm crazy nervous. Anyone experience this? If so, were you diagnosed with GD or no?

    I am 25 w 3 d with twins too and have terrible dry mouth as well. I go for Gd test on Monday and am pretty sure I will fail. My mom had Gd and I had high sugars before I was pregnant too. Good luck!

    Me too!!! I have a drink in my hand all day and I'm so thirsty all the time!

    I had it bad during my first tri but better now. I just past my gd test.

    I have it too but passed my god test. I am having twins too and I am 30 weeks now

    I have really bad dry mouth too! I failed my first GD test but then passed the 3 hour. My doctor said sometimes your prenatal vitamins can give you dry mouth among other things, particularly that you need more water in the third trimester!

    Just an update.. Got the call today.. I failed the one hour test and am going in for the 3 hour test on Saturday morning. :/ thanks again for the responses and I will keep you all updated!

    Oh so sorry! I didn't pass it last preg either - and three hour was really not that bad for me.  and i had to do it twice bc they got a "funny" read - no clue what that means.  Passed it finally at the end! but the worst part for me was the waiting :) please keep us posted!

    I had it really bad my first and second trimester, but it just kind of cleared up.  I passed my 3 hour GD test.
