BIGGEST LOSER CHECK IN - 3/2/15

@Frenchteachermama is extremely busy today so I'm going to post the check in this week for her. Please still send your weigh in for this week to her though!

How was everyone's week?

Please share....

1. Something you need to work on.
2. Something you are proud of.
3. Your plan.

Good luck ladies and keep up the good work!

Re: BIGGEST LOSER CHECK IN - 3/2/15

  • Last week my DD was out of school all week because of snow so I struggled but she's back to school this week and I'm back in track. Exercise will be interesting because I'm having trouble with my hand, arm and neck but I'll figure it out.

    1. I really need to work on putting more into my execerise.
    2. I'm proud that I've been able to keep my portions under control with very little slip ups.
    3. My plan is to eat healthier, watch portion size and exercise at least 3 hours a week.

  • DH and I tried this crazy diet called the keto diet and all was well until I got the news that my grandmother passed away.  I'm my daughter's girl scout troop cookie mom so I proceeded to eat my sadness with cookies.  Plan is after the funeral this week to go back to low carb before my FET.

Don't quit! Just try again today. We all have ups and downs, just stick to it!

  • I had a decent week. I only lost like half a pound, but I have been more mindful of my booze, getting in a workout when I can, and making decent decisions wih my food.

On Sunday I kicked some major ass at a spin class were the online calulators tell me I burned nearly 2000 calories. With the amount of sweat and the pace I was keeping, I would like to believe them. That afternoon I proceeded to eat all the things. I could just have had a normal day and been fine, but no, I wanted an app, a beer, and desert. So there is my new work on. Don't eat back all of the calories I burn.

  • @fuzzbumble don't give up!!  We all have ups and downs!!  I think I found a new diet plan that I can stick to.  My sister and BIL started this plan called the zero belly diet.  It's written by the former editor of Men's Health.  It's a plan that is VERY do-able, basically no gluten or dairy but let's you have a cheat meal a week, delicious smoothies, dark chocolate...In one week my sister lost 6lbs.  I brought the book for the plane ride back from Chicago and we're going to start on Monday!  I ate so much Chicago style pizza this week I'm sure I gained all of my weight back!!
