Starting the process of finding out if anything is wrong

Hi All. I'm new-ish. I was on the other boards in May/June of 2014 when I found out I was pregnant but then miscarried at 7 weeks. I've been trying to conceive since then and no luck. Being 33 years old, I figured it's time to start the testing to see if anything is wrong. As well as having my husband get tested too, which we did today. I had my first blood test on day 25 of my cycle...meaning I got my period 4 days after the blood test. I don't know if that's the best time to test but that's what my doc told me to do. The test was only for progesterone levels and I got my results today. It was 4.6 ng/ml and I have no clue if that's ok or not. The doctor hasn't called me yet letting me know what that means. I went for another blood test today (day 3 of my period) so waiting for those results now as well as the sperm test. This is just so stressful. I'm willing to do insemination if all else fails.
