Nearly 9 weeks and no real symptoms

Hi All, this is my first pregnancy and I'm nearly 9w, I don't really have a lot of symptoms except tiredness and sore boobs. No morning sickness, no cravings or peeing more...Should I be worried? Is this normal!

Re: Nearly 9 weeks and no real symptoms

  • Yes, it's normal. Everyone is different. Besides, you said you're tired and boobs are sore. They are your symptoms. Not everyone feels sick. Good luck in your pregnancy!

  • Same here. 9 weeks and I'm just tired, boobs are sore (some days more than others) and if I don't eat frequently I get a little queasy.
  • I'm also nearly 9 weeks and have few symptoms. Sore breasts and mild cramping at night. Sometimes I get nauseous if there's no food in my stomach, but nothing to write home about. FTP here and anxiously awaiting my OB appt next week to see if there's something actually in there, lol.
  • Same here. I'm about 7w4d and my boobs are sore and I'm tired, but that's about it. No cramping. In the evenings my stomach feels a little queasy, but not full blown nausea. I think we are the lucky ones. :)
  • I'm 10 weeks this week and have no symptoms except sore boobs. I've never had morning sickness or fatigue. I don't even feel remotely pregnant. Yet everything is completely fine! I have a fetal doppler and the baby has a nice, strong heartbeat. I'm counting myself blessed to be having an easy pregnany, though I completely understand your concern. I actually requested a 6 week ultrasound due to my past and the fact that I was having no symptoms. We got to see and hear the heartbeat. So not having symptoms doesn't mean anything bad.

  • Almost 6 weeks here and same for me, not as tired as in the first few weeks but sleepy often and these boobs are killing me but no sickness, doc said it was normal, I should be thankful lol ! First ultrasound today ( early ultrasound due to 2 previous mc's ) and baby is 5 cm long and heartbeat of 161 :D
  • Oops...I meant almost 7 weeks !
  • With my first pregnancy i didnt feel anything until my second trimester when i started peeing alot, and my LO is extremely perfect ;;)
  • Thank you for posting :) I'm 7w1d and don't feel pregnant at all, which makes me so nervous. For a couple weeks I was exhausted, but my energy seems to have returned (I've actually been waking up super early and energized the past week, and I am in no way a morning person normally). My boobs have certainly grown and were sore for awhile but they don't really hurt anymore. I haven't had any nausea or food aversion. No sensitivity to smells. Just bloated and bigger boobs, ha. My first u/s is tomorrow and I've been terrified that somethings wrong. I'm glad others are in the same boat and hopefully we're just the lucky ones.

  • I took three tests to confirm the pregnancy (more so because I was in shock). I have only puked one time after eating breakfast. Not sure if it was morning sickness or not but my boobs are sore, I'm exhausted by 2pm normally. And cry at everything (including hitting pot holes.) This is our first pregnancy, so I don't know what to expect other then what I have knowledge of from others experience and my degree (child and family development). My heart has been beating so fast and I get winded easily. We work out daily. I am in colorado so I think partially is from the altitude. After reading other comments I was beginning to think maybe the tests were false positives? Until I read this post with the same symptoms. It's nice to know I'm not alone on the symptoms.
  • I'm about 7 weeks and also only experiencing fatigue and sore boobs. I've been using the bathroom a lot but I've also been drinking a lot of water and tea to stay hydrated. I get a little queasy sometimes (mostly on the train or when my stomach is close to empty) but otherwise nothing. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays like this!! :)
