I started going for non stress tests this week where they hook you up to two monitors. One measures the baby's heartrate and the other monitors any uterine activity such as contractions. I went two separate times this week and each time was surprised when they said I was having contractions. Apparently I'm having them all the time, I just can't feel them. I know Braxton Hicks contractions are totally normal and are just your body's way of preparing for labor later on when baby is ready. I wouldn't worry at all unless they start to become painful and in regular timed intervals. That's when you know the "real" contractions versus Braxton Hicks I guess...
Re: Keep getting Braxton hicks
Have you checked in with your doc?
